At Creekside we’ve been called many things: bold, innovative, gutsy, obsessive and quirky to name a few. But one thing is certain, we have an obsession to make exceptional wine.

Creekside Estate Winery opened in 1997 in the small town of Jordan, Ontario. A passionate, some would say fanatical, group of industry veterans came together led by the infamous winemaking team of Rob Power and Yvonne Irvine. Decidedly unconventional, the team goes about their work with a lot of fun; Wine tanks are named after rock stars, pet projects are lurking in the back and dogs are always welcome.

In addition to one of the oldest and largest underground barrel cellars in Niagara, Creekside Estate Winery offers visitors a welcoming tasting & retail centre and a seasonal patio restaurant offering a fantastic view over the neighbouring vineyards. One visit to Creekside, and we’ll make a ‘Creek Geek’ out of you.

SIGNATURE WINES: SAUVIGNON BLANC AND SYRAH

Sauvignon Blanc is considered an unusual grape for the Niagara region. Although this grape variety is easy to cultivate, its sensitivity to winter cold can be a challenge. Nevertheless, the early successes with this French variety spurred further investment in the vineyard and cellar. Today, the Creekside Sauvignon Blanc is one of the flagships of the winery.

Creekside Estate Winery has received the greatest recognition from the Syrah grape variety. The winery is considered a pioneer in the cultivation and development of this variety in the Niagara region and can now look back on 20 years of experience. The award-winning Broken Press Syrah has cult status in Ontario.

In fact Creekside Estate Winery has won hundreds of medals national and international awards. But more importantly we take our wines seriously but not ourselves.
