Mansion House Bay Marlborough Pinot Noir Rosé – a light-bodied rosé from Whitehaven Wines in New Zealand

The grapes for the Mansion House Bay Marlborough Pinot Noir Rosé were harvested by machine, crushed, and destemmed.
Two to three hours of skin contact in the press ensured adequate extraction of color and flavor.
The berries were gently pressed, and the juice was then chilled for 72 hours. Fermentation then took place
in stainless steel tanks with selected yeast cultures at low temperatures between 12 and 15 degrees.
