2018 proved to be an ideal vintage to produce a world-class rosé on the Niagara Peninsula. The Racina Pinot Rosé is a very aromatic blend of Pinot Grigio and Pinot Noir that blurs the line between a white and red wine.

The nose of the Pillitteri Racina Pinot Rosé Squared immediately captivates you. The intense scent of red fruits such as pomegranate, cranberry and dried strawberries flows out of the glass, accompanied by pear aromas and red apple. On the palate, the rosé wine shows a beautiful sweetness-acidity game and seduces with other aromas such as chamomile, blood orange, toast and honey, which also continue in the persistent and refreshing finish of the wine. A great rosé, ideal as a summer aperitif and as a serious food companion.

[4137,3846,3858,3866,3869,3845,4138,4139,4143,4148,4153,4161,4178,4179,4183,4557,4593
4025,4058,4066,4068,4069,4074,4082,4128,4572,4725
post-7124","product","type-product","status-publish","product_cat-wine-style","product_cat-red-grape-varieties","product_cat-pinot-noir-en","product_cat-wine-type","product_cat-rose-wines","product_cat-wines","product_cat-exotic-aromatic","product_cat-fruity-fresh","product_cat-light-lively","product_cat-white-varieties","product_cat-pinot-gris-en","product_cat-wine-origin","product_cat-canada","product_cat-niagara-en","product_cat-pillitteri-estates-winery-en","product_cat-wines-and-food","product_cat-barbecue-wines","product_tag-canada","product_tag-niagara-en","product_tag-pillitteri-estates-winery-en","product_tag-pinot-gris-en","product_tag-pinot-noir-en","product_tag-racina-pinot-squared-en","product_tag-rose-en","product_tag-wines","product_tag-pulled-pork-en","product_tag-rose-en-2","pa_alkoholgehalt-7-1-en","pa_allergenhinweis-contains-sulphites","pa_anbau-bewirtschaftung-conventional","pa_ausbau-in-stainless-steel-tank","pa_dekantieren-empfohlen-no","pa_empfohlenes-glas-bordeaux-glass","pa_geschmack-dry","pa_jahrgang-2018-en","pa_lebensmittelunternehmer-wine-in-motion-gmbh-kellerweg-4-84494-neumarkt-sankt-veit-deutschland-en","pa_nettofuellmenge-0-75-en","pa_rebsorten-pinot-gris-en","pa_rebsorten-pinot-noir-en","pa_reifepotential-until-2022","pa_restzucker-5-0-en","pa_saeure-6-8-en","pa_trinkreife-from-now","pa_trinktemperatur-8-10-en","pa_vegan-produziert-no","pa_verpackungseinheit-12-en","pa_verschlussart-natural-cork","pa_weingut-pillitteri-estates-winery-en","pa_weinland-canada","pa_weinregion-niagara-en","pa_weinstil-exotic-aromatic","pa_weinstil-fruity-fresh","pa_weinstil-light-lively","pa_weintyp-rose-wine","first","instock","taxable","shipping-taxable","purchasable","product-type-simple
