The Pillitteri Vidal Select Late Harvest is perfect as an aperitif or digestif. It can also be enjoyed with strong cheeses, for example with ripened cheddar, blue cheese, munster or with fruit-based desserts that are less sweet than this late harvest or with a foie gras.

The wines of the Pillitteri Canada Collection celebrate the traditions and culture of Canada. For more than 150 years, Canadians have remained loyal to the Great White North. The wines, which are harvested in the cold winter nights and pressed in the frozen state, testify to our perseverance. Each wine embodies this great, rich tradition, including the Vidal Select Late Harvest. Cheers Canada!

In the glass, the Vidal Select Late Harvest has a light straw color and a medium viscosity. In the nose there are notes of mango, peaches, peach syrup and pineapple. On the palate it is subtly sweet, with aromas of ripe pear, Golden Delicious apple, peach and pineapple. The finish is clean with refreshing acidity. A versatile option for an aperitif, foie gras or with a light dessert.

[3845,3866,3868,4137,4138,4145,4147,4149,4161,4178,4179,4183
4066,3983,3992,4025,4058,4120,5747
post-7109","product","type-product","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","product_cat-wines","product_cat-wine-type","product_cat-dessert-wines","product_cat-wine-style","product_cat-exotic-aromatic","product_cat-noble-opulent","product_cat-velvety-round","product_cat-chardonnay-en","product_cat-wine-origin","product_cat-canada","product_cat-niagara-en","product_cat-pillitteri-estates-winery-en","product_tag-pillitteri-estates-winery-en","product_tag-dessert-wines","product_tag-icewine-en","product_tag-canada","product_tag-niagara-en","product_tag-vidal-en","product_tag-icewine-en-2","pa_alkoholgehalt-10-0-en","pa_allergenhinweis-contains-sulphites","pa_anbau-bewirtschaftung-conventional","pa_ausbau-in-stainless-steel-tank","pa_dekantieren-empfohlen-no","pa_empfohlenes-glas-dessert-wine-glass","pa_geschmack-sweet","pa_jahrgang-2017-en","pa_lebensmittelunternehmer-wine-in-motion-gmbh-kellerweg-4-84494-neumarkt-sankt-veit-deutschland-en","pa_nettofuellmenge-0-375-en","pa_rebsorten-vidal-en","pa_reifepotential-until-2027","pa_restzucker-121-en","pa_saeure-6-5-en","pa_trinkreife-from-now","pa_trinktemperatur-8-10-en","pa_vegan-produziert-no","pa_verpackungseinheit-6-en","pa_verschlussart-natural-cork","pa_weingut-pillitteri-estates-winery-en","pa_weinland-canada","pa_weinregion-niagara-en","pa_weinstil-exotic-aromatic","pa_weinstil-noble-opulent","pa_weinstil-velvety-round","pa_weintyp-dessert-wine","first","instock","taxable","shipping-taxable","purchasable","product-type-simple

A refreshing late harvest
