Hand-picked grapes from the Tussocks and Pauls Road vineyards were used for the Marlborough Pinot Gris from Whitehaven Wines. The grapes were pressed whole and the juice was left to settle overnight. Fermentation then took place with carefully selected yeast strains. Once fermentation was complete, the wine was matured on the fine lees for a further 4-5 months. The finished wine was then stabilised and filtered before being bottled on 12 October 2023. <\/p>\n
