The grapes for the Longview LV Shiraz Cabernet come entirely from Longview’s vineyard in Macclesfield, in the Adelaide Hills. The Shiraz comes from three different blocks, while the Cabernet Sauvignon comes from a single parcel. The fruit was harvested under cool conditions, crushed and fermented on the skins for 10 days. They were then gently pressed and matured for 12 months in new and used French and used American oak. <\/p>\n
