The Niagara Peninsula in Ontario produces ice wine that ranks among the best in the world. T<\/a><\/strong>he curd is the hardest part\u2014real curd cheese is hard to find, but young mozzarella (coarsely torn) or Polish tvark (from a Polish supermarket) come pretty close. You make the gravy yourself: butter, flour, good beef broth, Worcestershire sauce. Done.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cellardoor24.de\/en\/canadian-butter-tarts\/\">Butter tarts<\/a><\/strong>\u2014Ontario\u2019s unofficial national dessert\u2014require only shortcrust pastry, brown sugar, butter, an egg, maple syrup, and pecans.
