The Shiraz comes from three different blocks, while the Cabernet Sauvignon comes from a single parcel. The fruit was harvested under cool conditions, crushed and fermented on the skins for 10 days. They were then gently pressed and matured for 12 months in new and used French and used American oak.    &nbsp; Taste Unveiled: Exploring the Flavor Profile of the LV Shiraz Cabernet from Longview Vineyards On the nose, the Longview LV Shiraz Cabernet exudes a seductive aroma of blueberries, black cherries and cassis, accompanied by underlying spice and dark chocolate. It is very juicy and powerful on the palate. Its medium-weight mouthfeel shows a nice balance of fruit and youthful acidity. Despite its youth, the tannin is very supple. This Australian blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon is intensely flavorful and rich with integrated oak and a long, animating finish.
