By this he means a group of like-minded wine industry professionals who bring with them an impressive and quirky mix of winemaking know-how and sales and marketing expertise. The goal of these buddies is to produce wines that are distinctive, break conventions and bring the unique terroir of the Niagara Peninsula to the bottle.    The Pinot Noir grapes for this ros\u00e9 come from the Queenston Road Vineyard and were harvested between September 13 and October 2, 2021. The grapes were crushed after harvesting and macerated for one hour before pressing. The Pinot Gris grapes were fermented cold in stainless steel to preserve the fruitiness. The individual wines were then blended. An animating wine from an exceptional vintage!    &nbsp; And how does the ros\u00e9 from Creekside Estate Winery taste? The Creekside Ros\u00e9 enchants with a delicate aroma reminiscent of candy floss, ripe red berries and cantaloupe melon. It impresses on the palate with a juicy, fruity taste. Cherries, wild strawberries and grapefruit, accompanied by a mouth-watering Mediterranean saltiness. The acidity is delicate and supportive. A great wine for relaxing and, with its subtle residual sweetness, an ideal accompaniment to spicy, slightly piquant dishes."}
