The Petite Sirah by Mischa Estate from Wellington in South Africa's Costal region from the Reserve series is a very dark, expressive and powerful wine. The Petit Sirah grape variety, also known as Durif, originally comes from the south of France. At Mischa Estate, the Reserve range stands for the best and most durable wines, whose grapes are particularly carefully selected. It was aged for 10 months in French oak barrels. The Petite Sirah is already drinkable, but thanks to its tannin structure it is extremely durable and can therefore mature in the bottle for another 12 years.  &nbsp; And this is how the Mischa Reserve Petite Sirah tastes The wine has intense aromas of ripe, dark plums, black cherries and blackberries, paired with sweet aromas of French oak. On the palate there are dark fruits, matched with fine oak notes and dark chocolate. It is powerful, has a full body and a pronounced but supple tannin, as well as a long finish."}
