The grapes for Eva Pemper Sauvignon Blanc were machine harvested and destemmed in the field before being gently pressed into stainless steel tanks where they were fermented at cool temperatures with selected yeast strains to preserve the aromatic and fruity flavors of the vineyard.

The inviting bouquet shows aromas of white peach, Granny Smith apple and lime. On the palate, this fresh, animating Sauvignon Blanc is lively, with plenty of fruit extract and fine texture. The acidity is fine-bodied and well-supported. A very tasty wine with a wonderfully long finish.
